The Administration Coordinator is a new part-time (.8 FTE) position to assist in Patch Theatre’s administrative operations, that will play a leading role in supporting activity across Patch Theatre’s programs including the in-theatre, in-schools and interactive installation program strands.
As a member of the team at Patch Theatre, the Administration Coordinator will work across the organisation to maintain effective administration processes and support company operations to achieve our strategic plan. The Administration Coordinator requires high-level written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisation, collaboration and time management, and a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness.
Primary contact point regarding Patch programs for schools and learning facilities
Supporting all teams with administrative tasks, reception and basic administration duties
Manage organisational databases and oversee operational systems
Assist with company events such as opening nights
Marketing admin support
