Join the friendly arts-loving team in our new, light-filled office in Kent Town, SA. Administration Coordinator


Love an excel spreadsheet? Know your way around Officeworks? You could solve our stationary shortages and develop our database in the role of Administration Coordinator. Serious bonus points if you can keep our plants alive!


The Administration Coordinator is a new part-time (.8 FTE) position to assist in Patch Theatre’s administrative operations, that will play a leading role in supporting activity across Patch Theatre’s programs including the in-theatre, in-schools and interactive installation program strands. 

As a member of the team at Patch Theatre, the Administration Coordinator will work across the organisation to maintain effective administration processes and support company operations to achieve our strategic plan. The Administration Coordinator requires high-level written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisation, collaboration and time management, and a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact point regarding Patch programs for schools and learning facilities

  • Supporting all teams with administrative tasks, reception and basic administration duties

  • Manage organisational databases and oversee operational systems

  • Assist with company events such as opening nights

  • Marketing admin support

Finance Officer

If budgets bring you joy and numbers come naturally, you could be our new Finance Officer. Combine your passion for finance with your love of the arts in this fulfilling position, supporting the growth of Patch Theatre.

The Finance Officer is a part-time position - up to 2 days per week.

As a member of the team at Patch Theatre, the Finance Officer works closely with the General Manager to deliver the financial management of the company and the required reporting to Board, funding and other related bodies. This includes but is not limited to, payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable, monitoring of cash flow, assisting in the monitoring of organisational and project budgets and production of all financial reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll, creditor transactions, issue company invoices and reconcile bank transactions

  • Oversee financial procedures and practices

  • Ensure MYOB data entry is up to date and accurate

  • Prepare financial reports as required

  • Working with the General Manager in the monitoring of the annual budget, manage cash flow, and contribute to the Finance Sub Committee meetings where required
