For many of the children who see our shows every year, Patch is their very first encounter with theatre. We create moments that spark imagination, curiosity and joy that lasts a lifetime. Since 1972, we’ve created more than 115 original works for children aged 4-8, each designed through deep research into how children see and experience the world. Our performances are visually stunning, design-rich and invite children to be co-adventurers in journeys of discovery and imagination that continue long after the curtain falls.
But creating high-quality theatre for children takes time, artistry and resources. That’s why your generosity matters. Your gift helps us develop bold new works that reflect the imaginations of children today, to tour regionally, nationally and internationally, bring theatre to communities with limited access, deliver education programs in classrooms, especially in disadvantaged schools, and keep ticket prices affordable to minimise the cost barrier faced by many families.
