1. Booking Requests

a)    All school bookings for Me & My Shadow should be made through the online booking form found at https://www.patchtheatre.org.au/2026-me-my-shadow-school-booking-form

b)    You will receive an automated email from Patch Theatre outlining the details of your booking request.

c)    From 2 February (Term 1, Week 2) Patch Theatre will confirm all booking requests. If your numbers cannot be accommodated in your requested performance you will be offered alternative performances.  

2. Changes to Bookings

a)    From 4 May 2026 (Term 2, Week 2), Patch Theatre will contact you to confirm your attendance numbers. You will have 2 weeks to provide your final attendance numbers.

b)    Ticketek Australia will send invoices to the finance email provided on the booking request form.

c)    Any confirmed bookings changed more than 14 days after issue of invoice or within 14 days of the scheduled performance will be liable for the full amount shown on the Tax Invoice.

3. Invoices and Payment

a)    Payment can be made by EFT through the payment details on the Tax Invoice.

b)    The invoice payment due date is:

• 30 days from the date of issue of the invoice;

• 7 days prior to the performance date for bookings made less than 30 days before the performance.

c)    Pre-payment is required for all Patch Theatre performances. If payment has not been received prior to the performance date, schools will not be admitted to the performance.

d)    Additional attendees are subject to availability and must be confirmed and paid for prior to arrival.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

a)    Once an invoice has been issued the booking is considered finalised and payment will be required.

b)    There are no refunds if schools have fewer people attending than those paid for.

c)    Any extenuating circumstances for cancellation or changes in numbers will be at the discretion of Patch Theatre.

d)    In the event a performance is cancelled, Patch Theatre will make every effort to reschedule. If an appropriate time cannot be found, the ticket price will be refunded to the school.

5. Miscellaneous

a)    You are responsible for any additional costs incurred as part of the excursion including but not limited to transport, refreshments and staffing.

b)    When making a school booking for Me & My Shadow, you are also agreeing to the Ticketek Terms and Conditions.
